Package #1

  • Initial Consultation – 2 hour appointment to set up an outline for the bride as to what she needs to do along with a timeline for getting things booked. Provide recommended vendors for venues, flowers, photographers, hair, makeup, caterers, etc. If you have already contracted your own vendors, this will be the time where I get all pertinent information on them, and all people involved in the wedding, and get an overview of your vision for your wedding day.
  • This package includes one follow up consultation around 2-4 weeks before the wedding, so that I have final information from vendors.  We will set up a wedding day time line so that   I know who is supposed to be where and when, along with what time all vendors are showing up.
  • This package includes the rehearsal coordinating, up to 12 hours of wedding day access where I will be the contact for all your vendors,work with your photographer to make the most of their time, be the point person for all your vendors, trouble-shooting any unexpected snags, and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there,so that your day is hassle free for you and your guests. This is the package for you if you want to be hands on and handle contracting your own vendors, but just need some guidance along with day of coordinating.
  • Price – $1000

Package #2

  • This package includes three follow up consultations. These will be scheduled as to the best timing based on your wedding date. At the final meeting we will set up a time line for your wedding day so that we know who is supposed to be where and when, along with what time all vendors are showing up, so that your wedding day runs according to the time schedule you want.
  • This package includes the rehearsal coordinating, up to 12 hours of wedding day access where I will be the contact for all your vendors, work with your photographer to make the most of their time, be the point person for all your vendors, trouble-shooting any unexpected snags, and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there, so that your day is hassle free for you and your guests.
  • Price – $1500

Package #3

  • Everything you need to have your dream wedding. You pick the date, colors, theme, bridal party, and determine your budget, and Three Strand Events will take it from there. Includes regular monthly or more frequent meetings if necessary to fit the timeline. Three Strand Events will work with your budget to find a venue and all the vendors necessary to complete your vision and make your dream day come true.  All decisions are subject to the couples approval.  If you want your dream day, but don’t have the time to plan it yourself, this is the package for you.
  • Price $2500-$5000 depending the on size and budget of your wedding.
